Vendor Application & Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in being a Community Organization Representative!  We will be contacting all Community Organizations prior to the event to confirm your registration and answer any questions you may have.

Community Representatives: We are welcoming all community organizations to also be part of our Race for Inclusion. Community organizations are welcome to share information about their organization and services and we are requesting all groups to have an activity available for visitors. Activities could include, but are not limited to: games, activities, cultural education, etc.  Prizes and giveaways are more than welcome, but not required.

*Electricity is unfortunately not available on Bay Front so please provide your own generator if electricity is needed*

**All vendors will be responsible for providing their own canopies, tables and chairs if needed**

***Vendors are allowed to set up on the morning of the race between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM. We are asking that all canopies be set up by 8:30 as the drop-off lane will be closed for Athlete drop-offs.***

Food Vendors: All slots are currently filled.

We are very excited again to partner with Abled Hawai’I Artists (AHA) to further expand the Renaissance of Inclusion and show that there really are NO LIMITS to what individuals with disabilities can do. All non-food vendors selling items will be Abled Hawai’I Artists representatives. If any artist with a disability is interested in being a vendor, please contact Ian at ian@sparkproductions.net or Mar at Mar@FullLifeHawaii.org

Non-Food Vendors will need to have a GE license and an appropriate permit for the event.
